Permissions & Placeholders
- added configuration entries to allow bypassing format options for colors and formats
- allows individual players to use colors or formats, regardless of whether the format disallows it
- added support for replacing ItemsAdder font images in both the formats and player messages

- added configuration entries for which placeholder plugins get hooked into
- current supported plugins [PlaceholderAPI, MVDWPlaceholderAPI, ItemsAdder]
