Main features:
* Some users don't load the plugin when the server starts, due to WorldGuard. Now it should work as expected.

Small features:
* When two or more players fall in the void at the same time, the plugin give an error in the console.
* If a player, while falling into the void in "LastPoint" mode, disconnects and reconnects, VoidTeleport+ cannot find the last point. So the player dies. Now he don't
