This update includes an option to grant the player the totem advancement on resurrection. This option is enabled by default, but you can disable it in the config.
Please note that the option from the previous version (totem statistics) got renamed in the config. If you disabled it, you will need to disable it again!

Also, this update includes bStats integration for totem statistics and the new advancement option and removes a debug log I forgot to remove.
