VitalCommands - Requires Skript -----

Here's what's
new:
- Moved options to the top thanks to @nedrox
- File changes including FAQ
- Customisable MOTD and command
- Updated smaller file at vitalcommands.cf
- File optimisation
Very little changes here but added a new command! MOTD added which is customisable in the config. You can reload it using "/motd reload" or "/skript reload VitalCommands".
Note: You MUST keep the file name as VitalCommands for the message of the day to work, otherwise you have to edit it.
