Changes:

• Holograms in 1.8 are now set as 0.96 (more accurate, thanks Harry5573)
• Packets sent by other packets will now be correctly transformed (Fixes a lot of issues in relation with random disconnects on 1.10)
• Add TacoSpigot to block place fix (fuzzybot)
