Makes 1.8.8-1.18 material names work on all supported servers.Material fixes + matching Potions, Enchanted Books, Potions

- Fixed some materials having the incorrect data value
- Updated the potion material names so they respect their status and level
- Renamed "matchUMaterial" with "match"
