Added option in config for the player points storage type (name or uuid)
The /welcome message is now being sent as a global message and not from the player

1.4.1 - How to update
Make sure you made a copy of your config.
Get the new jar file.
Start and stop the server so it generates the new config.
Change the new config with your previous settings and adjust the new ones.
