Added BYPASS PERMISSION.
This can be used by setting 'Bypass enabled' to true in the config.yml, then applying the specified permission to those necessary. If set to disabled, a user with the bypass permission will still be eligible for trolling.

Added the new troll of Edit Inventory.

This allows you to edit your target's inventory; similar to the Release Inventory troll, except only the player trolling is able to view it - and mess with it to their desire.

Also, I have added a Hound Attack which is not yet functional, but is in the menu and planned so that I can begin working on the page system.
