Action Bar Implementation!
Action Bar implementation is finally here! Action bar messages are rolled out when you use any trolls on a player. This makes for a much cleaner chat!

Bugs fixed:
- Slap level not appearing in config.yml
- Mob Army glitch

New troll:
- Fake Money (configurable command and/or message)

Extra:
- Added name of trollee (person being trolled) to /tr (help) for easiness
- Added /ut alias of /troll
