Added replace ocean support for 1.16.4
Improved vein finding algorithm
Fixed bug where "offline zombie" did not disappear on all versions when a players rejoined the game.
Added possible fix for trees spawning on arena schemetic.
Fixed bug where the back item on a custom craft detail page did not work.
Fixed bug where the color in the '%border%' placeholder only worked in positive x & z, not negative.
When reviving a player with item their items now drop on the ground. This to prevent them from losing items that don't fit in their inventory.
Fixed bug where a info message about the chosen seed always displayed null.
Added check to make sure deathmatch arena teleport spots have air on top.
Fixed bug where pre generating the world didn't work on paper versions that had a version below 1.13.
