New Features:
When players are revived they will now get back the items they had when they died.
Added option to enable natural health regen.
Made "No kit" on the scoreboard translatable.
Banned crafts now work for 1.12 as well!
Added No Going Back scenario.
Changed default lang.yml to include color formatting. (If your using the default lang.yml it's suggested to delete it and let a new one generate!)
Added support for random item amount in the Json item format. (Use /iteminfo <min> <max> to generate the json.)
Added default flowerpower.yml for 1.13+ (If your using flowerpower on 1.13+ it's suggested to delete your flowerpower.yml to let a new one generate!)
You can now right click scenario items in the edit and vote inventory to get info.
Added option to spawn offline players. If enabled offline players are replaced by a zombie, if killed the player dies and their items drop.

Removed support for old item formatting in crafts.

Added max length to inventory titles to avoid errors.
Removed maximum schematic size for 1.8-1.12, though it's still recommended that you don't make them too big as that might crash your server.
Fixed issue where you couldn't set ProtocolLib dependent scenarios as default scenarios in your config.
Updated the flowerpower.yml to the new json item format.
Fixed bug where in FlowerPower when breaking the top block of a tall flower, the flower item would still drop.
