Bugs fixed!

Bugs that are now fixed:

Fixed bug where the /top command could always be used, also when in the lobby or dead.
Fixed issue where players were not able to change height while frozen. This sometimes caused players to get kicked for flying.
Players are now no-longer able to take damage while frozen.

New feature:

Added '%timers' placeholder for the scoreboard. It'll show time before pvp, time before border move or time before deathmatch depending on what's first.
