when a speedrunner phases, it'll temporarily create a fake player with their name, skin, and exact position when the speedrunner phased. As of right now, they're stationary and don't display inventory, armor, or any potion effects the speedrunner has had. This will be added in a later update eventually, as I'm trying to get comfortable with NMS packets
