TRP has been inactive for a while, so I decided to get a release out.

1.7:

> Aliases /tpack and /trollp have been removed.
> Message prefix has been changed.
> Merged both "on join" events together.
> Moved operator commands that use effects (all of them, for now) into their own command called /trollpacko so I could use skript potion effects (getting rid of console spam from effects)

Man, that took a while! I know of a text error in the help menu (I discovered it while writing this) that will be fixed in 1.7.1, hopefully released tomorrow.
