Added 3 subcommands:
- wolf <players>
- tnt <players>
- reload

And also config options wolves, launch velocity and tnt fuse ticks.
Copy missing parts of your config from https://github.com/Vrganj/TrollDeluxe/blob/master/src/main/resources/config.yml
It isn't mandatory unless you want to overwrite the default values.

Overall not much, but they're meaningful steps towards even more customization.

Oh, by the way, the GUI now has 2 rows for folks with OCD.
