- Woups A small issue in the last update could prevent random reward commands from firing when the boss died to projectiles/TNT/environment.
- Fixed by adding a BossCombatListener that credits the last player who damaged the boss (fallback when getKiller() is null).
- Fixed by adding a BossCombatListener that credits the last player who damaged the boss (fallback when getKiller() is null).
- Simplified BossEventListener: forwards all deaths to the manager; rewards only trigger for the tracked boss (prevents spoofing by renamed mobs).
- Kept full support for configurable boss name (display-name) and colored spawn message (message-on-spawn).
- Minor reliability tweaks: chunk force-load/unload and cleanup on disable.
