Another leaderboard plugin with better features and performanceA core update...
- Update HSCore to its latest version
- Move null-display-name & null-display-value to formatters
It's more like a personal choice, since I feel that the display should depend on the formatter instead of making it one for all boards - Fix incorrect usage of configured values in some features
- Remove old migration code
