Glow Effects based on PVP state, reworked TAB name handling and more
This update contains two major changes:
Known Caveats:
- Added ability to make players glow depending on their pvp state
- Reworked old tab name color system to now function as a name formatter; such as "&cPVP &r%name%"
- Better flight checks
- New developer api change adding PlayerPvpChangedEvent, PlayerLoadedEvent and DamageHandleEvent
Known Caveats:
- Requires config regeneration
- Glow Effects also change color of Tab name (this can be counteracted by the tab name formatter)
