Added metrics collection using bStats. (https://bstats.org/)

Added chat logging, messages will be saved to a text file named "chatlog.txt"

Added /message command

Added extra info displayed in console when someone talks while chat is muted, advertising is detected, etc

Fixed a bug that caused messages to incorrectly display if TNPChat's chat formatting is disabled
