- fix the overwriting of the configuration file on every restart (thanks to Mark's report)
- add support for activating the plugin for newer and older API versions (if the Minecraft version is not officially supported, only a warning is issued instead of deactivating the plugin)
- add a dependency to parse version numbers (increases the size of the JAR by a few KB)
