Changelog:
* Joining configured worlds will now readd lobby items to your inventory.
* Leaving configured worlds will now remove lobby items from your inventory.
* Some features don't require a restart now. Such as; editing NPCs, commands and other misc settings.

+ [warp] action. (This bypasses permissions so if you don't want that use [playerCommand] warp <warp name>)
+ SubCommand (/premiumhub reload [parameter]) Reloads the configuration for the given parameter. Some sections require a restart.

Reload parameters: inventories, mysql, scoreboard, messages, commands, items, data, tablist, discord, settings, gadgets, playeroptions, all
