The plugin is quite good in terms of world generation, but for some inexplicable reason, it causes lag on the server. 18GB of RAM and an i9 10850K processor are dedicated solely to the game mode. There are no errors in the pack. The only issue with the plugin is the load it puts on the server.

Nevertheless this is still a great plugin and I'm really impressed, especially with the color change in some biomes, and the wonderful structures.

Really great plugin, terrain looks wonderful and it's astonishing that it's a free plugin - serves as a great replacement for RWG since those devs haven't updated that one past 1.17.

Saw some people say that "There's no lava in the entire world". Not sure if they're talking about surface lava or just lava in general, but it might be worth noting that one spectator peak underground and I could spot multiple lava pools for anyone wondering.

One thing to add, it's practically mandetory that you pre-load your entire world before deploying this plugin into a public server environment (even if you're running a server with 5-10 players max). While the terrain is great, it can be very slow and quite taxing on performance. You'll definitely need to preload your world or you're almost guaranteed to have constant crashes if multiple people start exploring this kind of unloaded terrain at once.

@Hex_27 Do you intend to make these dimension changes in the nether and end as well?

This plugin is great. But when minecraft updates will it generate the new structures in 1.21?

one player has already mentioned it. no lava is spawned anywhere!! therefore no nether portal can be built. please give us an update! i would buy for changing it :) please!!

Not a single lake of lava has spawned in the whole world, that is, there is no lava in the world, the start of the server was completely killed.

It's a very nice idea and the plugin or the world generation looks really cool, but since I've been using it my server is lagging all the time even though not even 50% of the RAM is used, I have consistently low TPS and my users also complain that when they switch to new ones chunks it takes 100 years for the world to load

I simply loved this plugin | I use it on my server with Geyser and it works very well. A great success, our players love it a lot and it boosted the growth of our server.

I just didn't buy the paid version, because Brazil's economy is very difficult. But one day I will buy it.

Tip: Red leaves, orange earth, and yellow/pink sky do not work for Geyser customers. Yes, it would be interesting.

Great plugin for those who have tried everything in Minecraft and love vanilla-like servers. It'd be great to have the ability to quickly view the map as a picture, at least with biomes - to make sure the seed has all biomes close to the spawn point.

Installed on my server and my co worker said its the best world gen they ever seen. Unfortunately, many trees have leaves far from wood, which makes them vanish and spawn lots of saplings and sticks, making the server TPS sky rocket with 33k entities.

Amazing world generator, I was using Iris and Terra, but this one met all of my expectations! I didn't have any problems using it, even though this is a alpha build.

This plugin is awesome and also it's free what makes it even better. The biomes and structures are well designed!

Spent 2 hours flying around a world created by this plugin and it's definitely the best world generator i've used.

It creates worlds that are much more realistic and nicer looking than vanilla minecraft, while still keeping the vanilla feel and not going to obnoxious extremes like many other world generators do.
The landscapes are amazing and the custom biomes are a great addition, they aren't outlandish and fit with vanilla MC.
No longer is the world scattered with ugly fissures that split villages in half, and random pieces of floating land. Speaking of which, the new village structures are a massive improvement over the default ones which look like a noob built them.

My only real gripe is that there are no beaches. A large sandy beach is my go-to place to build a house but I've been unable to find one more than a few blocks wide. But I'm sure this will be fixed in time considering it's still only an alpha. Looking forward to seeing whats next!

I'm pretty sure LUN44 was talking about the performance. The world generator itself, is great. I haven't had any instability issues. However, the performance tanks quite hard. I highly recommend you to PREGENERATE your world before playing.

4.99 / 5 stars. Easily the best free Custom Gen plugin. Only issues I have are:

1. The absolutely humongous trees, which I found I can turn off in the config.

2. Very laggy when flying around, which I imagine I can fix by pre-generating the world

3. No option to turn off spawner cages generating with structures (I don't want spawners in my structures, especially structures like desert pyramids. (I love that I can turn off structure types though.)

Otherwise this plugin is !!AMAZING!! Everything is so beautiful and grand and spectacular and (looks up all possible synonyms for amazing).

I use this on a production server. The only thing that's wrong is "Emeralds", they don't spawn.
BUT. I can live with that. Otherwise this is perfectly balanced with structures, much to explore and todo!

I don't got any issues yet and I've used it in a loong time now. My players are enjoying it.

This is a really great custom world generator, even at its current alpha state. The environments are exactly what I wanted for my server, and the new structures really add a fresh new incentive for exploration.

The first thing players will likely notice upon entering a world generated with TerraformGenerator is just how big the trees are. They are huge. Humungous. Absolutely gargantuan. Since each tree is unique, it really gives the impression that the world is alive, and has been flourishing for a long time. The suspension of disbelief really comes through in this aspect. In especially forested areas, the combination of these large trees with small ground shrubs makes it feel like I'm walking through a semi-fantasy world or something.

The addition of some surface features like boulders, cracked and mossy stone mixed with regular stone in mountains, the rivers connecting to seas in large deltas, and even the gentle sloping that sometimes occurs in Plains biomes really ties the whole thing together. It looks like each block was hand-placed by an experienced builder, which means it looks really great. Dare I say, if you ever needed a custom terrain build and could not find or afford professional builders, depending on how you set it up and the locations you pick, you could maybe get away with copy-pasting TerraformGenerator-made biomes.

There is a chance to spawn very large biomes (thousands of blocks in diameter), though I suspect it has more to do with my seed than with the plugin. However, if it is a problem with the plugin (even with some tweaks to the config), maybe in time, it could be fixed.

All in all, this is a really good resource if you want a unique world generation experience. However, if you are planning to put this in a production environment, I would think twice based on the recommendation of the dev. Still, for private servers, it's a cool addition.

I really like the plugin, fully customizable and free? perfect. *chef's kiss* The only question I have is there any way I can remove those acacia patches in the plains biome? or a way to decrease the number of extra blocks in those biomes? Other than that, amazing plugin.

Is there a way to make the biomes smaller? I think they are a little too big for my server.

This is one of the most amazing worldgen plugins I have ever used! The generated terrain is absolutely beautiful.

Very good plugin. In my opinion its even better than some other paid plugins. You can configure for example biome size and other stuff. The area a lot of structures like dungeons, villages, pyramids and other stuff so i really reccommend this plugin. I hope it will grow and be more popular in the future :)

This worldgen is just insane. There are a few bugs, like flowers popping off the ground and some more small things like that, but i'd strongly recommend this plugin to anyone, who wants custom and really nice world generation. Good work.

Just installed this and generated a world and so far I am extremely impressed! I haven't found any unloaded chunks and it seems most of the expected structures are there (with an upgrade in the case of the sea temples!). I'm still playing around with it, but I think this is going to be really cool to put on my small SMP with a few friends :D I think they are going to be amazed by it!

Haven't really tried it yet, but it seems to work and I am really impressed with the work that the developer is putting in. I'm sad that I got in so early that it is still in Alpha, but glad that I'll be able to se it grow. Great job man keep it up !

A fantastic plugin with a dev who clearly has put a ton of work and care into this. It's incredibly well optimized for what it does and has beautiful generation. The fact that it's free is very generous.

the world generation is absolutely beautiful. i have bought a paid world generator but can safely say that i enjoy this plugin much more, and this has better performance. insane that this is free.

i will say that there are not many structures though, or at least there were not many when i tried it, and no vanilla structures either (which is understandable). for this i could not use it in production, but i would not rate it any lower because of that, since it's in alpha. so far it seems to have had alpha releases for less than a year and it's already amazing progress. best of luck to the dev.

The only bad thing that I would highlight are the trees, they are very ugly and they don't look natural at all

but under the trees it is truly beautiful

If you put an update improving the trees I will give you the 5 stars

This FREE plugin blows away its paid competitors, absolutely fantastic everything just looks stunning, cant wait for the finished product if this is only the alpha.

After 1 hour of flying around testing the genartor here is my review.

I see a lot of potential in it the thing i like the most are the giant mointains they have real feel too it. I like the composition of the blocks and the variation of all the slopes and how it plays Together.

Where i see more potential is in the other biomes i think they get cut too often and feel all around too Small. An other thing is the Ocean i think it needs more deepth raviens and secrets it feels too shallow.
A other thing i dont like is the shape of the big taiga trees.

+Its something new its a new generator not a better one
+The biomes blend really well.
+The biomes feel mostly really well from the height proportions.
+Lots of cool new ideas for the biomes
+Structures i saw were really cool.
+Plants are blended well with the bioms.

Contra
-Structurs point sometimes out of water (Mineshaft on height 64)
-I dont like the Big Trees
-Biomes feel to small right now.
-Ocean feels not deep enough.

Its an awsome plugin for an alpha.
Feel free to test it you wont be dissapointed.

Great plugin like everyone said it 'blows the premium' one.
Its work flawless!, I just drag&drop plugins then use the multiverse to generate the world and everything its oke. and ofc i'm using OpenJDK 11.

After the word is created i use Fast Chunk Pregenerator (with async option on) to pregenearate entire world, and everything its fine.

Best generator ever. It's free but blows the premium plugins out of the way. On AdoptOpenJDK 11 OpenJ9 and a 1 gig ram server I can fly with speed 10 and not cause much lag.

This generator is amazing, the terrain noise generation isn't boring, it works right away, it has lots of cool ideas and the structures are awesome. You should be charging for this

Absolutely amazing resource! I love that. In my experiences every custom generator plugin has a big lag when generate world, it is amazing, that hasn't lag, when generate chunks!

By far the best world generator that is free, it has its problems at the moment and I have my issues with it but I see a lot of potential for this plugin. I can't wait for what is in store for this.

This plugin already shows to be developed with excellent quality with the beautiful landscape and remodeled structures. With that, it has extreme potential in the future as it continues to develop.

Hands down for the best FREE custom terrain generator for Spigot. It works like a charm. TPS won't go below 19 (when flying around and generating chunks), which is absolutely amazing, since plugins like these tend to slow down and lag the entire server. It has some minor issues (which I will report to the author later).

Forget about EWG, TerraformGenerator is the future. And the best part is, that it's absolutely free, and I hope that it will stay like this forever. Thank you so much Hex for your time you put into this resource - I'm looking forward for the future progress of this amazing plugin! Thank you.

This worldgen is so much better than EWG right now, I don't have any Chunk issues or laggs with my server!
I really hope you add some kind of Biome Customization down the line, so we can customize it like the other Worldgen Plugins :P

Looks clean, lightweight and lifts survival to a whole new level. Updates are frequent and new content is being regularly added. The community has been lacking a good world generator for a long time now and TerraformGenerator is looking hot!

I am really fed up with vanilla maps. But now this, this looks wonderful.

I cry. I've never seen anything so beautiful. Such a nice world generator for Spigot, 1.15.2 and then free of charge. I have full respect for this work and this world generator is 10000x better than other world generators for which 35USD is required.

Of course there are still some bugs in the generator (leaves don't disappear, just oak leaves, etc.) but for the early stage of development the world generator is really great and miles ahead of other generators that have been developed for 5 years and are still unstable and buggy.


Please stay with the development, this plugin has so much potential and the world generation is incredibly beautiful.
