Added a configuration setting where you can choose to use the plugin's resource pack as the server's resource pack.

# Setting this to 1 will use this plugin as the only server resource pack. If your server has its own resource pack, set EnableResourcePack to 0 and locally install
# the resource pack to the client
EnableResourcePack: 0

Version 1.0 still works as intended, it's just in this version, this is for servers that have multiple server resource packs as servers can only use one pack on the server side.
