REMOVE PORTAL BLOCKER FOLDER AND RESTART THE SERVER
THIS PLUGIN USE DATABASE SQLITE SO DO NOT RELOAD THE SERVER OR DATABASES WILL BE STUCK UNTIL THE NEXT RESTART
