Add permission, change tpme & tpa commands
  • I added permissions to the tpme, tpa, tpmeall & reloadconfig commands
  • You can't teleport to yourself with tpme & tpa commands


Next additions:

  • Permission for tpaccept, tpdeny commands
  • Change tpme, tpa & tpmeall commands to not send requests if there is already one to send to the person
