This should fix any errors in console or issues while interacting with NPCs. The issue was caused from me using methods intended solely for Paper servers instead of ones also compatible with Spigot. TavernBard should work on both server types now.

Additionally, Citizens is no longer required. You can use MythicMobs, Citizens, or both if you'd like. The error will only appear if neither is installed.
