Added thumbnails to all webhooks allowing you to show the player who did the action or who assigned the task
Added a "%server%" variable to the footer of all webhooks to show what server a task came from
Add a "%taskedultimate_server_name%" placeholder (using PlaceholderAPI) to show the display name of the server set in the config
Optimized some functions internally
