Changelog:

• Full recode, better performance and cleaner code
• Dropped Waterfall support, paper devs are no longer supporting it
• Old yml files should work the same, I would suggest deleting your lang.yml before starting your server if you plan on updating, I ended up changing a lot of the default lang
