4.2 | critical bug fix
If the Sound option was enabled in the configuration, an error occurred. This has been fixed.

The PermissionWhitelist did not function correctly, even after the bug fix in version 4.1. It now functions correctly again (tested).

The reload command did not update the OPWhitelist & PermissionWhitelist players.
