[1.1.3] More supported version, fix bugs, increase max item, material
*More supported version: 1.16, 1.17 but there are some problem, plugin isn't work on netherite tools (i don't know how to fix this).

*Fix Bugs, Errors:
Error on using some command without arguments.
Can't save item's lore if item is breakable.
Duplicate item on adding lore
