Added offline support for "twitch rewards" (twitch channel points). Use at the begining of the command "[*offlinesup*]" to enable this. By default the command will be executed directly
Changed some internal handlings

!! Update ToDos, if you are not using v. 11.X or higher!!
If you are already using version 11.X, (or higer) you can SKIP this part!

Download the new StreamingDrops version and install it (place it into your plugins folder)
Go to "/plugins/StreamingDrops/ChatBot/" and DELETE the file ".doNotTouch.sd"
Use "/sd reload" -> The new ".doNotTouch.sd" file will be generated
Go into your twitch chat and use "/mod StreamingModule". Yes, the bot MUST BE moderator in your channel!
Done, you can use StreamingDrops like before
