Changed live checker - not crashing the server anymore
Added custom twitch tags. You can use "StreamingDrops" in your tags as GlobalStreamerTag and did not needed to use the title anymore. At the moment, only "StreamingDrops" is supported as tag in your custom tags.
Changed follower check to get the correct values, if a viewer is following the streamer
Changed logic when a streamer will get a drop and is using the globalstreamertag. Now the drops will be saved in "offlinedrops.yml" and not given directly, while the streamer is not on the minecraft server

!! Update ToDos, if you are not using v. 11.0 !!
If you are already using version 11.0, you can SKIP this part!

Download the new StreamingDrops version and install it (place it into your plugins folder)
Go to "/plugins/StreamingDrops/ChatBot/" and DELETE the file ".doNotTouch.sd"
Use "/sd reload" -> The new ".doNotTouch.sd" file will be generated
Go into your twitch chat and use "/mod StreamingModule". Yes, the bot MUST BE moderator in your channel!
Done, you can use StreamingDrops like before
