• Optimizes the command "/sd reload force" to avoid multiple intervals (drops)

Two issues have come up in the past when helping to set up StreamingDrops. First, the command "/sd reload force" caused the interval to be executed multiple times, resulting in multiple drops being issued (at different times). This could be fixed by restarting the server, but this is not desired (neither by me, nor by the server admin).

Also, some admins have tried to sign up as a streamer with a full URL. This is not necessary and further leads to the fact that no drops can be distributed. For all commands where the Twitch channel must be specified, only the name is required. An extra check has been built in for this if a player tries to specify a full URL.
