Attention: Only r eplace the .jar file

Change Log:

+ Bugfix for special streamer drops - Some streamer were not detected for special drops
+ Added new possibility : If a streamer has "#StreamingDrops" in the title of Twitch, then the streamer no longer needs to be online on the server to distribute drops
+ Added new sub-comnmand "/sd wiki" for the new online wiki ( will be filled in the future)
