SternalBoard update:

• Removed slow and cumbersome methods
• Optimize functions allowing them to query more quickly
• Added a section in the configuration that allows to manipulate the scoreboards by permissions (Click here to review)
• Added the "PERMISSION" mode to display a static scoreboard according to a permission node.
• Fixed PlaceHolders bug
