Today I fixed a couple of issues with the disable worlds options, should work better and smoother.

Today I fixed a couple of issues with the disable worlds options, should work better and smoother.
Changes
- Fixed /sbreload'ing not updating disable world setting.
- Fixed CaSe Insensitive worlds not being counted in disable world settings.
- Fixed some logging of stats not logging if disable worlds stats was on.
- Lowered the remove scoreboard timing from 1.53s to 0.25s.
- Changed the update number from 2.5.6 to 2.5.7
