Breaking change:

tempmute and tempban permissions must now be split up in 2 permission.
If you previously had for example this permission: - staff.staffplus.tempban.limit.2w

This must now be split up into:
- staff.staffplus.tempban
- staff.staffplus.tempban.limit.2w
