The previous version (1.16.55), by accident, had a hard dependency on Vault and Luckperms being present on the classpath.
This release fixes that. For a lot of people the previous version will just work but I'm removing it as it could cause problems for some.

Investigations update.

This release comes with yet another major rework of the codebase.
It remains very important that bugs are reported as soon as possible to our discord server.

You will also notice the download has been changed to an external url.
On the Github page download the jar file corresponding to your release.

This is the first release of investigations, feature requests are welcome.
