Version Spigot 1.15

Following feature was added:

/report and /warn can now be used on offline players.
Because of the inability to check permissions for offline players report-bypass & warn-bypass do not work when the players is offline.

In your config file you can add the following property to enable offline users mode:


# Enable offline player mode
# report-bypass & warn-bypass does not work for offline players
offline-players-mode: true
