This update is for Spigot/Minecraft 1.21.3 - 1.21.4 and has been compiled with Java 21 and Spigot API 1.21.4.

• api changes - use Registry for sounds, change GENERIC_MAX_HEALTH to MAX_HEALTH
• fix sounds not working
• check 'spleef.setup' permission when running '/spleef cmds'
• remove 'destroydelay' from config and gui
• add waiting spawn commands to configuration gui
• fix bug where spectators could pick up snowballs
• fix bug where spectators could break snow blocks
• some translations provided in Dutch - thanks to Gojiera on Crowdin
