New placeholders added:
%souls_amount% - Displays your current soul balance. %souls_activebounty% - Displays your active bounty.
%souls_bounty_top% - Displays the player with the highest active bounty. %souls_bounty_top_amount% - Displays the value of the highest active bounty.

Bug fixes: Fixed an issue where souls were reset after using /soulsadmin reload.
