Allowed linked damage taken to be separate from "Being freed"
New value: Kills to hp
Added defaults for all the old values, won't break if it's left empty
Now allowed every linked aspect to be turned on and off individually in the config
Added command: /killvalue lets you see how far you are away from being "freed"
Added command: /deathvalue lets you see how close you are to being deathbanned
If linked player becomes deathbanned, the other player now becomes deathbanned upon joining as well.
