Added new commands to in-game editor:
/disp dispenser name <add | remove> <string> -
adds or removes a string from list of custom name items.
/disp dispenser name whitelist <enable | disable> - toggles whether plugin blacklists or whitelists custom name items.
/disp dropper name <add | remove> <string> - adds or removes a string from list of custom name items.
/disp dropper name whitelist <enable | disable> - toggles whether plugin blacklists or whitelists custom name items.
/disp dispenser name whitelist <enable | disable> - toggles whether plugin blacklists or whitelists custom name items.
