1. Now the plugin will be named not sVersionDependentBlockSpawn but sNegativeCordFix.
2. Now the block spawn will not be in one block, but now the block spawn will be within a radius of 5 from the center of the block. The maximum number is 10.
3. Comments have been slightly changed.
4. Fixed the Block-Place-Y parameter; it was not a big bug.
5. A little extra code has been removed.
6. The plugin has been rewritten a bit.
7. Added some messages to the code.
