CoreProtect compat fixes and Code Cleanup
Fixed:
- AsyncPlayerChoppedTreeEvent wasn't called
- Rolledback blocks were completely ignored
- If the last entry of a block was a "broke" entry then it would still ignore that block
Improvements:
- Cleaned up some code
