Fixed the custom diamond ore drop, Rough Diamond, not being properly handled when it came to enchantments.
Diamond Ore and Deepslate Diamond Ore will now properly drop when being mined with silk touch. When being mined with fortune, it gives the correct number of Rough Diamonds (previously would always give 1).
