Kit Ninja's skill needs a nerf:
Power: Strength 3 -> strength 1
Cooldown: 35 seconds -> 70 seconds

4 new levels were incorporated
For each kill you will get this perk for a short time
Level 7: Frenezy
As soon as the compatibility with version 1.12.X / 1.13.X will not arrive in a Sercan future due to problems of the Skript plugin itself and its addons
