generator_worlds: changed to allowed_worlds: in config to account for world checking on all other settings as well.

You can now use a bucket on Obsidian to turn it into lava. This is useful for when a player breaks their generator. They can fix the generator and then place the lava back down.

All listeners, including the generator now check for the correct world in the allowed_world: list. generator_worlds no longer exists.
