[Skript] Sword Blocking -----
Adds something similar to 1.8 sword blocking to minecraft 1.18Version 1.0
- using a shield to block 50% damage wasnt working so it was replaced with a stick renamed swordblock which seems to work better.
- a start on making clicking before a weapons charged work just as well as fully charged
