Jobs are now 5k XP required per level with a 3% increase in pay from each level capping at 25 Levels (75% Pay Increase). Leaving a Job will now correctly set XP to 80% regardless of level. Before if you were level 4 with 100 xp you would be set to level 4 with 80xp instead of falling any levels.
